We believe in
the breath.
OUR ETHOS
We started Numa because we needed it. What began as a personal path toward healing became a shared space for others to do the same. Our mission is simple: offer care that’s real, embodied, and present. That means clear guidance, approachable support, and space for your full self.
The Collective
Scott Moore
Scott Moore is the founder and owner of Numa Wellness Collective, a Pastoral Counselor, Certified Breathwork Instructor, and practitioner of trauma-informed narrative care. His vision for Numa was born out of his own healing journey, shaped by the very modalities now offered within the Collective.
Scott blends compassionate guidance with breathwork, narrative care, and other integrative practices to help clients process their stories, release what no longer serves them, and move toward wholeness in mind, body, and spirit. Counseling and breathwork sessions can be booked directly through Numa’s appointments page or through his counseling practice website.
