Numa Community Day

At NUMA we often hear that wellness feels like one more thing to get right, and most people try it alone. Community Day is about community, not competition. It's a day about you.

We're opening our doors so people can feel what NUMA is, not just hear about it. Local partners in physical therapy, functional medicine, nutrition, and fitness are joining us so you can meet them, try things, and connect with your neighbors.
