Move between the sauna and cold plunge at your own pace, with supportive guidance nearby. Enhance your experience with our Exhale breathwork class, if you wish. 

If contrast therapy is new to you, consider starting with a Free Flow or Experience Class for a gentle introduction.

Free Flow Class

45 minutes | Minimally guided contrast therapy + breathwork practice

Free Flow offers a 45-minute session combining contrast therapy with brief breathwork to ground and regulate your nervous system.

Start with a guided breathwork practice, then move freely between sauna and cold plunge at your own pace, with optional light prompts from an instructor.

These classes are welcoming to both beginners and experienced participants.

Escape Class

45 minutes | Fully guided breathwork and mindfulness journey

NUMA Escape is a 45-minute breathwork journey that invites you to explore your inner self using just your breath. Perfect for those who want deep inner work without other therapies, each session helps you release and renew emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Themes like gratitude and presence create a safe space for letting go and reconnecting. Whether you’re recovering, reflecting, or transforming, NUMA Escape allows you to breathe deeply and return to yourself.

Suitable for everyone, but practice no more than once a week for effective integration.

Experience Class*

60 minutes | Fully guided journey through breathwork, hot and cold exposure, and mindfulness

The NUMA Experience offers a gentle reset for your being. In this 60-minute session, explore breathwork, alternate between sauna and cold plunge, and practice mindfulness, all centered on a theme. Our guide will help you regulate your nervous system, release emotions, and find clarity or presence. Whether for stress relief, resilience, or grounding, move through each phase with care.

Red Light Therapy

20 minute treatment | Fully customized to intended goals

Step into a peaceful space designed to help you reset and heal from within. In just 20 minutes, our red and near-infrared light therapy uses gentle wavelengths to support your body’s natural healing at the cellular level. This session nurtures your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.

For more focused support, we offer light therapy add-ons as well:
— Red Light Torch Therapy: Targeted care for joints and deep tissue recovery.
— Red Light Face Mask: Encourages collagen production and smooths skin for a healthy glow.

Create Your Calm: Essential Oils - Mindful Creation - Breathwork

April 24th

We’ll begin by creating your own custom eye pillow, filled with natural materials and infused with essential oils of your choice. No sewing or crafting experience is needed.

Once your eye pillow is complete, we’ll move into a restorative breathwork session designed to calm the body, release tension, and support deep rest.
