A couples experience designed to reignite playfulness, flirtation, and desire.

Join us for a guided experience through Numa’s modalities alongside your partner. Breathwork reconnects you to the spark of early attraction, sauna and cold plunge fan it back to life, and a return to the sauna lets you bask in the glow together. Afterward, settle into a date night set up with charcuterie and curated Curious Elixir mocktails, paired with counselor-curated connection questions to spark conversation. Not about fixing anything. About play. About remembering that the two of you still know how to light each other up. Time and space to be together, to have fun, to remove all distractions, and simply connect.
