Journey Group: The Steady State

Journey Group: The Steady State
Nervous System Regulation

Do you feel like you're always a little on edge? Like your body never quite gets the memo that it's safe to relax? Maybe you're snapping at small things, running on empty, or stuck in a low hum of overwhelm you can't quite name. If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone, and it's not something you have to just live with.

The Steady State is a four-week guided journey with Scott, in a small closed group, built to help you understand what's actually happening in your nervous system and give you real tools to move through stress differently. Across four weeks, you'll work through understanding anxiety and the nervous system, building your regulation toolkit (starting with breath), practicing stress tolerance, and integrating it all into daily life.

This is a small group, not a drop-in class. Limited to 8 participants who move through all four weeks together.

Who it's for: Anyone who feels stuck in stress, anxiety, or overwhelm and wants steadier footing.
When: Ever Monday in October | 9:30–11:00am | October 5, 12, 19, 26
