Join Dr. Binata Mukherjee for an interactive class that uses guided reflection, imagery, and conversation to help you explore what well-being means to you. In a safe, supportive environment designed for curiosity and self-discovery, you'll gain fresh perspectives, deepen your self-awareness, and leave with meaningful insights and a renewed sense of what matters most.
Dr. Mukherjee brings over two decades of experience in academic medicine and professional development, currently serving as Assistant Dean of Faculty & Professional Development and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama's Mitchell College of Business and College of Medicine.
Come as you are, whether you're new to reflective practice or experienced with it. No special prep needed, just an open mind. Journaling materials will be provided, or bring your own journal if you prefer.
