Tandem: Date Night Experience

An experience designed to provide the space for you to move through challenge together and give you an opportunity to show up for each other.  

Join us for a guided experience through Numa's modalities alongside your partner, significant other, or friend.

Breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge become a shared challenge instead of a solo one, moving through each step side by side. Afterward, settle into a date night set up with charcuterie and curated Curious Elixir mocktails, paired with games built for laughing together. This is about showing up for each other, as a team and remembering that the two of you are good at this, good together. Time and space to just be, to have fun, to remove all distractions, and simply connect.
